Minimal assembly is required. The armrests and footrest section attach easily in under 15 minutes. All necessary hardware and an instruction manual are included in the box.

The chair's dimensions are 185 × 77 × 83 cm (upright). It requires approximately 50 cm of clearance behind it when fully reclined into zero-gravity position.

The L36 is designed for users up to approximately 6'2" (188 cm). The SL-track automatically adjusts to your body shape. If you have specific sizing concerns, please contact us before ordering.
We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. Items must be in original, unused condition. For change-of-mind returns, you pay return freight, estimated at approximately US$1,500 per chair. Actual cost varies by location and carrier and may be higher. Contact us for an estimate before purchase and an RMA before returning. Your statutory rights for faulty or non-conforming goods are unaffected.

The warranty covers mechanical and electronic defects under normal use — including motors, rollers, airbags, and control systems. It does not cover misuse, accidents, or normal upholstery wear.
