Prices do not include applicable taxes or shipping fees unless stated otherwise.
By placing an order, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud or errors in pricing. You will be notified and refunded if an order is cancelled by us.
Delivery timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs, or events outside our control. Risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.
Returns and refunds are governed by our Shipping & Returns Policy, which is incorporated into these terms by reference. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs and arranging their own return carrier. For change-of-mind returns, return freight is estimated at approximately US$1,500 per chair. Actual charges depend on your location and carrier and may be higher; contact us for an estimate before purchase. Return shipping is not reimbursed for change-of-mind returns. These conditions do not limit mandatory statutory rights, including remedies for faulty or non-conforming goods.
